About this property

Spacious Thomsen House-FlexibleTerm for Professionals

Flexible-Term fully furnished housing for traveling professionals and insurance claimants. Excellent for executive corporate relocation upon request. 10 minutes from airport, 15 minutes from BMW, and 5 minutes from Michelin Crystal Palace plus around the corner from Thornblade golf course. This fully furnished home has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a 2 car garage, game room, and workout room.

No smoking/vaping, no parties/events, and no pets allowed on the property. We are constantly adding new things to the home and refining it.

The home is furnished with towels, extra sheets, enough kitchen equipment to make most small or large meals, soaps and other necessities. 2 55” TVs with Hulu and Amazon video which work of the WiFi system that is also available for each guest.

Please be aware that the house is not child proofed or set up to be safe for small children (no stairway gate or electrical plug covers).

Each bedroom is furnished with ample drawer space, closets, and new memory foam mattresses. The primary suite has a jacuzzi tub, walk-in shower, and king bed.

The guest rooms have full size beds and lots of space, no scooting around walls to get into bed. The house has lots of natural sunlight and each window is furnished with plantation shutters to ensure privacy.

The game room has HDMI hookups to the big screen tv for personal gaming systems and also has air hockey, foosball and an arcade system with 400 games. The lawn and the overall yard is professionally maintained.

We actively refine the furniture, decorations, and amenities of the home to help our guests enjoy their stay.

great place

we are used to renting hotels and cramming our family into them for swim meet weekends. staying at this property was so much better. we could cook our meals snd had plenty of room to spread out and relax. the kids loved the game room!

Amazing trip to Greer!

We absolutely loved staying in this beautiful home for our soccer tournament. The house was spacious and perfectly stocked with all the comforts of home. Our family of 6 was so comfortable here and I enjoyed the workout room. We would absolutely recommend and stay again. This location cannot be better!

Lily's Regional State Gymnastics

We made this a girls weekend! Arrived on a Thursday night we decided to eat in as we were a bit punchy from the drive. Great location. Minutes to everything! Spent Friday in downtown Greenville looking for brass mice! Shopped and had a wonderful dinner at The Nose Dive. Saturday Lily competed and did quite well. My heart swelled with pride! That night we celebrated at The Chop House. Excellent choice! Played a game called "hey dude", a game we found in the house. Had a great time. Easy departure after having breakfast at The Eggs Up Grill. Thank you for providing a great house to be with family and celebrate! Would highly recommend this house!!!
