Great location. 20 mins to Boulder and close to Denver. The bathrooms and kitchen were clean and well stocked with the essentials. Communication with the owner was great. They resolved our issue quickly and efficiently. We would definitely stay there again.

Checking I was reasonably simple, however, upon arrival the home had not been cleaned from the previous tenants and smelt terribly of smoke. Although this is somewhat understandable, (employees not showing up) it just left a really bad impression and our whole stay was kind of tainted. The cell service was spotty, so getting in contact with the host was a little difficult. She was able to quickly send a cleaning person while we went to dinner(kudos to the nice lady who busted her tail to get there and quickly do a once over). 2 hours later we returned to a much better situation. Knowing someone “cleaned” the entire home in less than 2 hours just made you wonder how clean things were. The house overall was large and specious, but furniture was cheap, and sparse; however, I did find the beds comfy and the showers were plenty hot with good pressure. I think seeing the house in disarray gave a bad first impression and made it difficult to see past any flaws. The host did contact me and returned the cleaning fee for our stay as compensation for the inconvenience.
