This home has a modern Boho vibe. Located at the end of a quiet street you have views to the south and are less than 2 miles east of the beach.

The space is ~1,000 sq ft w/ 2 bedrooms, a 3/4 bath (shower but no tub), full kitchen, living area, and an additional ~100 sq ft balcony.

Both bedrooms have King beds. The living room couch pulls out into an additional Queen -sized bed.

We were all adults so this house was perfect for our needs. We actually spent more time there instead of bring out and about than I thought we would. It was very comfortable. We loved the balcony!

Super Clean and very cute! It was very inviting and in a quiet, central location between pismo pier and arroyo grande.The only notes would be that its nearly impossible to walk/go to the bathroom quietly which can be tricky with light sleepers or kiddos and there is a staircase that is hard to avoid when walking throughout so bringing a baby gate might be helpful for little ones. Loved the experience and communication!
