Great location and a comfortable stay. The room was clean and spacious, and everything was as described. There were plenty of shops and dining options within walking distance. The property was quiet, convenient, and suitable for families. We had a positive experience and would recommend it to other travelers.

Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication
Experience was terrible, check in was supposed to be at 3pm but didn’t get the code until 3:20pm. Was not easy to get a hold of the host. The place was not as advertised, not clean and didn’t give information on how to lock the door when leaving so the first 2 days the place was not locked for the whole day. Then when we finally spoke with the host, host was not very nice and said “normal people would know how to lock the door”. Then the towels was old and smelly, AC was not working properly, we lower it but it kept going up during the night so was too hot. Price was not cheap but then they added cleaning fee (normally cleaning fee is only charged if left messy afterwards). Only had 1/2 of a paper towel in the kitchen and only 1 and half toilet paper rolls for 2 washrooms. Shower curtain in one of the room was about to fall off, made showering not safe. Overall, we would not recommend this hot or place to anyone. We would like to get some credit back since we are a valued client.
