Updated condo w/ tasteful decor, located in low-density Harbor House. Unit is steps to the beach and features gulf views from a private balcony w/ entrances off master & living room.
Less than a mile from The Hangout & walking distance to several restaurants and a convenience store across the street.
This unit has everything you need to enjoy a relaxing trip to the beach!
A key fob is provided to access the beach & pool area. The fob will be hanging up on the key hook that is located on the wall by the dining table. You will be charged $100 for a lost fob.

Harbor House is a well-maintained, family-friendly complex. beach entrance and pool area are gated for safety and privacy.

* Dedicated tandem parking spot conveniently located right below the unit that can easily accommodate 2 vehicles
* Guest parking in complex on a 1st come, 1st serve basis
* BBQ grill and picnic area overlooking Gulf
* Complex is literally steps from the beach, no lugging beach equipment far in this complex!
Across the street from Pier 33 Groceries/Beach Shop & West Beach Coffee. Walking distance to Bahama Bob's & Janino's. Less than a mile from Wave's & Package store, The Hangout, The Beach House Kitchen, Gulf Place and Gulf Shore nightlife and souvenir shops. Relax and enjoy your surroundings at Pine Beach Trail (1 mile) or Gulf State Park (3 miles).
Booking is easy with electronic contracts and a complete check-in/check-out guide. Access is convenient with a unique lock code. We strive to make your stay with us seamless and relaxing. Start making memories now!
Per HOA- must be 25 to check in, government Id for reservation has to match at check in and must agree to all house rules in a signed rental agreement that will be sent after booking.
Please note: this unit is on the 1st floor but climbing a few stairs is necessary (no elevator in the building). The unit looks out towards the gulf over a small part of the parking lot and pool.
