About this property
Welcoming 3-bedroom house with AC in Flint. Pet and family friendly!
Enjoy our family home, open but charming as a 1939 historic gem. We raised our two children in this home, and we loved the space. It is not the most luxurious of spaces, but its quaint charm and natural features drew us to living in this home for a while.
The space includes a large open concept living room, and right around the corner a kitchen and dining area (it is currently set up for 4 people at the dining table, and 2 at our countertop bar, but we have a leaf with additional seating in the closet). The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, serving ware, essentials, appliances, and of course coffee! Upstairs is three bedrooms, hosting a queen bed, twin bed, and king bed, with one full bathroom. The other bathroom is a half bath, perfect for someone else to get ready in.
NOTE: Basement and laundry are not available in this listing.
If you’re wanting to get outside, you’re welcome to enjoy our cute backyard. It includes a dining area, toddler-small child playscape, and outdoor fire pit. We always love walking to the nearby disc golf course, river, and playground in the stunning Mott Park area.
Our home is suitable for both the individual and the large group in our quaint and cozy area, nestled in a quiet neighborhood central to downtown Flint.
Just minutes from 1-75 and I-69, Kettering, UM-Flint, and Mott, as well as downtown Flint's businesses and restaurants, the museums and theatres of our amazing cultural district, McLaren, Hurley, as well as Atwood Stadium and Dort Federal Arena.
This space was designed minimally for a budget-traveling option, able to sleep 6 people.

About the host
Hosted by Jasmine Robinson

We are from Flint, MI and love being able to be hospitable for other people! This is still our family home and we enjoy having people over for meals, taking our two children for walks, and going to the nearby park!
Why they chose this property
Mott Park is one of the most desirable neighborhoods in Flint. We both love Flint, love the culture, and will continue to support the way it's growing! Flint is a hidden gem with lots of things to do, and our house is central to it all!
What makes this property unique
Our home is a 1939 historical gem, with tons of character and original features! We aren't drawn to construction grade builds, and love a home with a story. Our house definitely has that! We hope you feel right at home just as we have.
