Freshly updated lake front home in Keego Harbor, on a quiet inlet. Beautiful waterfront views, boat dock, paddle board and two outside decks to enjoy Michigan's Spring, Summer and Fall seasons, with bright and light windows and cozy furnishings to enjoy the winter.

3 Bedrooms:
Primary: California King memory foam Casper mattress with walk-in closet, dresser and private bath with shower and tub.
2nd Bedroom: Full over Full bunk beds with twin trundle
3rd Bedroom: Queen Bed

Pull-out queen sofa bed in rec room.

Fully-stocked kitchen with open floorplan to living and dining room. Two 58" Smart TVs, wifi and games and toys for the kids included.

Enjoy beautiful lakefront views whatever the season with close proximity to Bloomfield Hills, West Bloomfield, Birmingham, Waterford, Commerce Township, Pontiac and more. Please note, there are NO MOTORIZED BOATS allowed at the dock. The water is very shallow. Use of the lake is at your own risk. This property has some small steps leading up to the entrance, a step down into one interior room, and a second story requiring steps to the bedrooms. We adore pets, but we do not allow cats or dogs due to a severe allergy in our household. If a cat or dog is brought onto the property, a $400 fee will be charged for specialized cleaning.

Please note that we do have exterior Ring video cameras at garage and front door. We also use a noise monitoring device.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Pile used towels in the upstairs guest bathroom. Leave used beds unmade. Take out all trash and place in the outdoor bins. Place any dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start the cycle.
Please move any outdoor furniture, toys, paddleboards, etc. back to where they were found. Make sure all doors and windows are locked and please close all of the shades.
Turn off all lights and change thermostat to 76 in spring/summer, 65 in fall/winter. Lock all doors. The front door is locked by pushing and holding down the “Yale” logo button.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
There are no motorized boats allowed at the dock or in the water surrounding. The water in front is VERY SHALLOW.
Use of the lake is at your own risk.

We had a pleasant time at the Lakefront. The property is well kept with a great access to the lake. We saw a ton of cranes.

Tara did a great job of communicating. The home was well kept and well appointed. Tara did a great job of making sure all utensils were in the kitchen. Bedrooms nicely appointed. Morning traffic was an eye opener. Loved the fish we caught and put back.

We really enjoyed our stay here. When we arrived there was a cute note, wine and stuff for making s'mores on the counter and thats the first time we've had a host do that. It was really sweet! The back yard was definitely the highlight of our stay, we enjoyed watching the families of swans, ducks, geese and there babies swim and pass by. The neighbors surrounding the are were welcoming and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. Perfect peaceful get away!
