Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Check out is prior to 10am Leave any dirty towels in the laundry room hamper Wash used dishes or load and start the dishwasher. Return office setup to its original place before checkout
Take out any remaining trash Place used pool toys and floats back in the rack Make sure all lights are off Lock all the doors and windows Make sure propane tanks are turned off if used
Let us know if anything broke or needs attention — we understand accidents happen! Any major damages to the property will result in a fine. Send us a quick message when you've checked out.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Supervise children at all times, especially near the pool and fire pit No diving or running near the pool. No glass near the pool area.
Pool use is at your own risk — no lifeguard on duty. Please dry off before entering the house. Put away floats, toys, and trash after use.

House was lovely! King size beds in every room was a big plus. Decor was so nice. So much attention to detail. We had a great stay and will stay here again when we are back in town.

We had a great weekend. Enjoyed the backyard with putting green and fire pit. The layout was nice with a good size family room, the electric shades in the family room were a nice touch. Kitchen was good size and well stocked as was the coffee bar. Enjoyed the parks and pickle ball court in the neighborhood. Would not hesitate to stay there again if we need a rental for the family in Kyle. All questions were promptly responded to by the host.
