Perfect for a comfortable getaway or to go tubing down the river. in the middle of New Braunfels Texas and Austin Texas.
Perfect for big groups. Everything you may think of is close by across the highway from Texas State College. Aquarena Springs is minutes away. Each room has white noise, aromatherapy essential oils for relaxation . Tv with remote, in each bedroom, loft area plus downstairs living area. Kitchen has a Nespresso with frother plus a Keurig for you . Popcorn machine, games, dart board and more for family time in loft area. Wineries are minutes away house.

We had a fantastic stay! The house was spotless, modern, and beautifully designed. The location couldn't have been better, just a very short Uber to the square and the river float. Everything was so convenient and comfortable. We'll definitely be back!

We stayed here for our daughter’s wedding weekend and it was absolutely perfect! The owner was great to work with and there was plenty of indoor and outdoor space to make our trip comfortable. Highly recommend!
