Great stay. Property was exactly as described. It's a smaller property, but the 4 rooms and 2 bathrooms made it very convenient. The neighborhood is older, and the exterior of the homes in the area are older, but this didn't affect the stay at all. We had a slight hiccup with the door code and David responded immediately with a resolution. Would not hesitate to stay again if we were ever in the area.

My family of 5 were very comfortable and the host, Mr. Castro, left coffee, snacks, half & half, and we had everything we needed. The house is in a great location close to grocery stores, campus, and many nearby restaurants. The neighbors were very friendly and would definitely recommend this place for future visitors. We will definitely be back.

Very clean, nice setup, beds were great and not sagging, nice large sink for washing dishes, stove and microwave were also nice and newer. The location is just awesome. HEB was one block away and Walmart was just down the road. Saw the neighbors and they were also nice. Will definitely look to rent here again when we go back.
