This is our 2nd time staying at this house and it doesn’t disappoint. The decor is so cute, pool table fire pit outside with pingpong table, corn hole, TV and plenty of seating! We will definitely be stay here again.

Everything you could possibly need for a vacation stay! Lots of entertainment in an outside of the house. Host was very accommodating and answered our questions in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend this home to anyone staying in the area!

Perfect and beautiful!!!

We have stayed in many rentals when visiting my son at Texas State and this one takes the cake! The home was so cozy with every possible amenity you could imagine. Our pups loved the yard with the awesome turf (just like home-yay!). I brought along grandma on this visit and she loved the home as well. We cooked meals, watched movies, gathered around the fire pit, and were even able to host a couple of my son's friends for a game of pool one night. Thank you, Kelly for allowing us to stay in your wonderful home. We will be back!

Why they chose this property

This home has been a special part of our family’s journey since we bought it in 2016. For eight years, it served as a home-away-from-home for our friends and family attending Texas State University. With two generations of proud Bobcat graduates in our family, our connection to San Marcos and the university runs deep.

San Marcos is a gem of a town, known for its vibrant community, natural beauty, and rich history. From tubing down the crystal-clear river to discovering local eateries and shops, there’s something here for everyone. And if you’re up for more adventure, Austin and other Texas Hill Country towns are just a short drive away.
