What makes this property unique
Welcome to our place we call Goodville. Once a dense forest, the deer still follow the same trails near the property. The main house is a tranquil country house with event space in San Marcos, Texas. The ranch house features a surround deck with table seating and grill.
The entire property is all accessible.
The ranch house has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths.
Master bedroom is down stairs, has master bath, walk-in closet, TV, access to outdoor deck, and King-size bed.
Two bedrooms are upstairs. Second bedroom has Queen size bed. Third bedroom has two bunkbeds one of them is a full size, the rest are singles. Full size bath shared between two bedrooms.
