This was a great space for our family while we were in San Marcos for our daughter’s graduation. The owners provided the simplest check-in/check-out processes. It is a great location with quick access to TXST campus, the square, and nearby restaurants. We highly recommend this property.

This is our 2nd time staying at this house and it doesn’t disappoint. The decor is so cute, pool table fire pit outside with pingpong table, corn hole, TV and plenty of seating! We will definitely be stay here again.

Everything you could possibly need for a vacation stay! Lots of entertainment in an outside of the house. Host was very accommodating and answered our questions in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend this home to anyone staying in the area!

Perfect and beautiful!!!

We have stayed in many rentals when visiting my son at Texas State and this one takes the cake! The home was so cozy with every possible amenity you could imagine. Our pups loved the yard with the awesome turf (just like home-yay!). I brought along grandma on this visit and she loved the home as well. We cooked meals, watched movies, gathered around the fire pit, and were even able to host a couple of my son's friends for a game of pool one night. Thank you, Kelly for allowing us to stay in your wonderful home. We will be back!
