Come stay at Gruene Lake Haus! Brand new modern A-Frame within close proximity to Gruene Hall, Schlitterbahn, Whitewater Amphitheater, and Canyon Lake. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway with all the modern conveniences to make your vacation memorable.

Wake up, grab your coffee and stroll over to say howdy to Gruene Lake Ranch's very own cattle. You can either make breakfast in the spacious kitchen or treat yourself to some of the many delicious spots nearby. Within a ten minute drive/Uber you will be floating the Guadalupe or Comal rivers, playing at Schlitterbahn, shopping and enjoying live music in downtown Gruene, or rocking out at the Whitewater Amphitheater! Grill dinner on the patio with your private BBQ. Later you can play corn hole, watch the sunset from the porch swing with a drink in hand or roast marshmallows over your very own fire pit.

Brand new home and furnishings! Comfortable yet modern with all the conveniences you could want during your vacation. Toiletries in all three bathrooms, bath towels, pool/river towels, makeup towels, floor fan, luggage racks, washer/dryer, detergent, iron, coffee, tea, and smores are all provided for your use and enjoyement!

Located on FM-306 less than 5 miles south of Whitewater Amphitheater. And a 10 min drive to downtown New Braunfels and Gruene!

You will have full and private access to the entire home and front patio. The greater community will include fishing lakes, pools, cattle viewing/feeding, live music, general store, and a chapel. Please note that they community amenities are still being built out and not complete at this time (we were the first phase to close). During the weekday hours there will be workers in the community finishing up homes and the community amenities like the pool, mercantile, and outdoor music area. At this time, these are not yet available which is why nightly rates have been significantly reduced. Please reach out with any specific questions you may have.

We are located off site, but will be available for any questions you have during your stay. We also have a manager located in New Braunfels should you require immediate assistance.

There is a Ring front door camera that does record the outside of the home only for guest's safety.

Amazing!!

This VRBO is incredible! My family and I came to celebrate our 40th anniversary by coming to Gruene to relax and watch the eclipse. We are so appreciative and happy with the experience. The rooms are beautifully decorated and clean, the view is amazing, there is a fire pit and barbecue grill, and it is a great location near all the restaurants/bars. Can’t wait to make a trip back here and stay at this VRBO again. Thank you!

Great place to stay

Loved the home, family and friends all agree. Great communication and easy check in process, only thing we didn’t like was the little time we were able to enjoy the place but we’ll be coming back later in yr.

Mountain Cabin Feel

Beautifully decorated A-Frame with all the amenities needed as if you were at your own home. There was plenty of space for the 10 of us to relax and enjoy the picturesque view from the loft or from the downstairs living area. We would highly recommend this property and my family and I are looking forward to staying here again in the future. Thank you Ashley for being a great host!

Super cool place!

This house is so cool! And the area that it is in is going to be amazing once the construction is done. The house is super clean and new. The beds were comfortable and everything was exactly as told to us. There were 6 of us ladies staying in town for a work conference. Everyone enjoyed the home and the beautiful surroundings. Many of us commented how we would be back with our families to enjoy this home.
