This house has a lot of good features, especially if you have kids. It has a big kitchen and nice, new appliances. There's also a nice theater room on the second floor. However, the place could use a freshening up. It looks like it is right out of the seventies. The furniture is old and worn; the carpets are old and dirty, and the bathroom fixtures are really old. The beds are comfortable, but there were two gross old decorative pillows right on top of the bed pillows. The cleaning crew needs to do a better job too. My socks were dark brown from walking on the kitchen floor. Otherwise, it was ok.

Perfect for a girls getaway

The house was perfect for a low key bachelorette for my daughter. The beds were comfortable and everything we needed was there highly recommend.

great place, only minor issues is the driveway should have been cleared/shoveled better, to allow for parking, and the trash dumpsters were not available at the address we were given, which made for unnecessary inconvenience, thank you,jgasior

Mountain Getaway

This house is a perfect location and nice and roomy. Plenty of room for the kids to run around and play and we all enjoyed the big theatre room!

Wonderful stay

The property was beautiful. When we had a slight issue the management was on top of it. Very nice people and the location was wonderful. We would definitely re-rent the property again.

Amazing property and location. Convenient to everything at Massanutten. All bedrooms had comfortable beds. Pool table, theater room, and multitude of games kept kids (and adults alike) busy while we were in the house. Woke up every morning to a group of deer walking through the yard. Such a peaceful trip!

Perfect Escape

The home is everything the pictures show and more! It’s enormous with great amenities and things to do. We stayed in one day during our stay and never got bored! It’s close to hikes and adventures outside and inside the resort. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice weekend away

We booked this house for a long weekend away to ski and relax. The whole house exceeded our expectations! The movie theatre was amazing and a great place to watch the Olympics. The skiing and tubing was super close and convenient. We would definitely rent this property again!

Great place

Great location. The theatre room was so cool for the kiddos! Love the “lounge area” in the garage to hang out in after the kids go to sleep. Master bedroom and bathroom were beautiful! Will be back for sure.

Family reunion

Pool table was a highlight for the male family members old and young alike. Ideal size property to accommodate a big family such as ours.

Great skiing getaway house

Perfect location for skiing at Massanutten Resort, only 7 minutes from slopes. Great house for large family. Great theater room! Very nice master suite. Excellent parking. House was great for our weekend skiing trip.

Perfect spot for work and rest

My team of 4 rented Margarita Villa for a combo work and chill retreat. It was perfect - spacious enough to break out into teams and work and also everyone have space to chill on their own. It also 30 min from Harrisonburg if you want to grab a bite in town one night. Would definitely come again,

Great Weekend!!

Perfect place to stay while we were in town for JMU Graduation celebrations!! Large family room, dining table area and garage/driveway; well equipped w/ pool table, air hockey, and a fabulous movie room! And, leading up to our visit - the communications was terrific; emails were accurately and quickly answered.

Spacious and clean!!

The house was very nice, spacious and had the nicest master shower. Also the theatre room was amazing!!! We always choose a house with a hot tub and this one did not disappoint! We will look to rent in the future.

BEAUTIFUL

House was amazing. the listing is a little deceptive, its not actually 5 bedrooms, 5th is media room/theatre, but worked out, kids loved the media room. location was incredible. will definitely look to this location in the future

Nice house with lots of extras

This house was very nice. The pics were accurate. There were lots of things to do at the house and the location was great for our ski trip. The theatre room was awesome. We loved being able to park in the garage.
