Close to uptown, Southend/SouthPark, & Golf tournament. Entire space is private including 250 squ ft bedroom, 1 full bath, separate driveway, private porch & entrance. Located in a separate part of a house in a safe quiet neighborhood. No kitchen. Small fridge, microwave, & coffee maker (coffee & supplies) included. Tenant will not have access to the rest of the house. Owner will not have access to the rented suite. Private porch contains a porch swing for 2 people and a table/2 chairs. Private space includes ceiling fan, towels, pillows/comforter/sheets, full shower/bathtub, &shampoo/conditioner, hand soap, &bath soap. Comfortable 60 inch wide King size bed. It also has a twin mattress that can be pulled out from underneath the king size bed to use for a child or an adult. Train is 1 mile away and is a 15 minute ride to uptown. Several hospitals nearby within 5 miles. Bowling alleys/restaurants/bars/breweries 1 mile.

Nice little getaway for the weekend. House was a bit noisy during the day but other than that I enjoyed the stay.

The only time we were noisy was after noon on Sunday because there was no sign of ya'll checking out at checkout time. Also, didn't appreciate you all having another couple over Friday night until 330am and then all 4 of ya'll out in the driveway laughing and talking.

This quiet spot is a charming place to stay, offering a cozy atmosphere and nice neighborhood. We appreciated our time there; the accommodations were clean and easy to book. The host was very kind. I traveled from California to visit a friend, and we had a pleasant stay. We stayed over the weekend, and because of the snowstorm, my flight was canceled, and I had to rebook for Monday. The host was very understanding and offered to assist in any way possible. We felt safe and comfortable. We will definitely book again when I come to visit again.
