Modern living in the heart of one of Charlotte’s most desirable and safe neighborhoods, Dilworth. Staying in Dilworth offers easy access to many bars, unique restaurants, local coffee shops, boutique filled shopping, and quick access to the city’s largest park, Freedom Park.

The Space:
As a guest of ours, you will have 24-hour access to a fully loaded fitness and conditioning center, a large salt-water swimming pool with sundeck, yoga room, a entertainment lounge, tech lounge with Mac stations and FREE barista coffee bar, rooftop terrace with fireplace, and sky lounge seating with skyline views.

The neighborhood:
Jacques’s place is located in Charlotte, North Carolina, United States.
The complex is just across the street from the Levine Cancer Institute, minutes from Trader Joes and Target, and Kenilworth Commons shopping area. During the day, enjoy awesome burgers at places Bad Daddy’s Burger Bar or the Food Network-famous chicken salad at The Mayobird. Experience a refined night out at cozy wine bars like Dilworth Tasting Room or Foxcroft Wine. Co. Also visit The Summit Room, known for vast beer, wine and cocktail menu along with thoughtfully reinvented dishes.

Getting around:

Great apartment to stay in for the week we were in Charlotte. Excellent location for us and easy to access different areas of town. The apartment had all the things we needed for a week’s stay - keurig, pots, pans, dishes etc, laundry. I also enjoyed being able to access the fitness center which was very quiet as well as the pool which was lovely and resort-like. The apartment was quiet and the building itself was also well kept. I also appreciated the secure garage. The host was kind and responsive. Will definitely like to stay again if we need a spot to stay in Charlotte.

The host jack was very helpful and very easy instructions got in and out very easily and I also had no problems with the neighbors, place, and getting around. I even ordered door dash and they were able to easily find me with instructions I left to get around the building. I would book again and such a clean and lovely space to stay in while you are traveling to wherever

I was grateful for the photos to help with check in, I would not have figured it out otherwise, it was very confusing. There were hairs on the shower wall. There were two forks in the silverware drawer but they did not match. Overall the unit was fine but not worth 200 for one night. Everything looked tired.

Great location and quiet

The apartment building is very close to all parts of Charlotte since it’s close to the highway. At the same time, it’s a quiet and clean spot that worked perfect for our weekend visiting family.

Came for a continuing education course, which was hosted just down the road at Atrium Health, so the location was ideal! This building is right along many walking trails, close to Trader Joe's and other restaurants, so I didn't need a car. The amenities in the building are beautiful; also, the gym, pool, and rooftop patio were amazing to have access to.

The place was small, but it was clean and had everything we needed! We are both pretty tall so we felt the bed was low, but it was so comfortable and slept great! It was within walking distance of everything so we loved that convenience! Would definitely stay here again!
