The condo was beautiful and clean. We enjoyed the pool very much. My only complaint was the parking charges were 20 per day per vehicle. Other than that 10 out of 10

The only thing I had an issue with was check-in. It was long and drawn out, took too long to get my room and they tried to sell me on a timeshare while I was waiting to gat a room assigned. Very pushy about it. Everything else was great! The property is beautiful. the pools are great and there are a lot of things to do ant the resort and in the surrounding area. So close to the Disney theme parks and Disney Springs! I would stay here again!

This property was fantastic for our family. Very comfortable & spacious plus the view is fantastic! We were able to see the beautiful sunsets, Disney fireworks & the Epcot geosphere light show from the balcony. Highly recommend!

Carolyn was so helpful!!! I made an error on the dates we were traveling. She was able to locate the same size unit I wanted and secured it for the same price! She was amazing!

The apartment we stayed in 161 T3 I must say wasn't what i was expecting per the write up. It was kinda musky and in need of a carpet change due to the smell. The white towels also well used and in need of replacement. As for amenities and the pools. As a pool owner there upkeep needs attention. I was a little concerned as well with no lifeguards especially at the lazy river and how dirty it was at times. So sorry i have to leave this type of feedback but hopefully it will help. Will i use this property on my upcoming visit. No not at all. Thank you,L Malocca.

Clean. Great location. Responsive host. Didn't use the amenities as we were visiting Disney. Presentation experience was horrible. Would definitely not do that again.
