Outdoor living is where Forest Hollow truly shines. Enjoy multiple intimate spaces designed for every mood: gather around the outdoor fire pit with lounge seating and cozy blankets for crisp nights, relax near the BBQ just off the kitchen with sun loungers and an umbrella, or dine under the evening twinkle lights at a large outdoor table that seats up to eight. The covered front porch offers yet another peaceful spot to unwind in comfortable lounge chairs while listening to nature and watching the forest life go by. And for even more fun, head to the garage—open the doors and enjoy a game of ping pong.

Thank you for returning to Forest Hollow for a second visit - it means so much to us to have guests come back again. We're so glad you enjoyed the peaceful setting, wildlife, and beautiful forest views, and we look forward to hosting you again!
Our family needed a stay like this! It was peaceful, private, and surrounded by beautiful Oregon scenery — our kids loved exploring the woods and roasting marshmallows by the fire pit.The space was very clean and thoughtfully set up. The kids were so excited about the bunk room! We especially loved sitting outside in the evening and watching the stars around the fire. The host was wonderful! Very responsive, friendly, and made the whole process smooth from check-in to check out. This is a great spot if you want a peaceful escape while still being close enough to explore wine country or even take a short day trip to the coast! We are so thankful for our time there.

Mountain Masterpiece! This was the getaway I’ve been waiting for. Forrest Hollow had EVERYTHING we needed and more, to include a real wood burning stove that perfectly complemented watching the rainstorm. WiFi was flawless, kitchen fully stocked, comfortable beds, well equipped bathrooms and plenty of towels. We look forward to staying here again! Thank you!

About the host
Hosted by Anita Borgaes
She had the Wine Country Farmhouse…he had the Walter Link House, which is how Anita and Larry met. Well... it was at the UFO Festival, but that’s another story. The result was another Vacation Rental, and now another one along the way. Both are natives who grew up in the wine industry; as kids, Anita picked grapes during harvest on one of the first vineyards in Dundee, and Larry was raised on a farm in what is now the McMinnville AVA. Like Salmon, they returned after exploring the world to pursue their passion in their hometown: preserving historic properties and sharing Oregon Wine Country with the world. By joining forces—with Anita’s background in real estate and Larry’s background in construction—they have created a solid team in the growing family of Wine Country Properties.
