Great home and stay in McMinville. Close to downtown and an easy 15-20 drive to many surrounding wineries. The house was clean and true to the photos. Thanks for a great stay!
The house was adorable! The location was terrific!! Close to wineries and near aFew great restaurants in McMinnville. The kitchen was well appointed! Five stars for sure!
We really enjoyed our stay at Vintage Luxury Retreat. The location was a great jumping off point for our week of exploring Willamette Valley and the Oregon coast. The house was the perfect size for our family of 5, and it was very comfortable and well equipped. We throughly enjoyed the outdoor patio with gas fire pit. The location on a main thoroughfare meant traffic noise but it wasn’t too distracting inside the house. We would definitely recommend this property!
This property is nice and clean. Very comfortable. We did a wine tour in Willamette and we were picked up and dropped off. It worked out great for that. We were able to hang out in back patio with nice fire pit area. Only reason not 5 stars across the board is that it is on a main drag and a little loud. Also, we were slightly disappointed in food choices in area. But that is not house fault! Thanks for the stay!
We had a nice stay the house was very nice and comfortable. Great parking. The house is on a busy street so you do get some street noise but it quiets down at night.
We would definitely stay again
Our stay was wonderful - clean, comfortable and very convenient to downtown and the campus. We had everything we needed. Construction was present but not bothersome. Beautiful home and property.
We stayed at this property in 2018, and again this past week. It has been meticulously maintained. We will return here on our next trip to the Willamette Valley.
It is in a great location for visiting wineries in Dundee, Amity and Newberg, to mention a few.
There are great restaurants and shopping nearby in McMinnville.
The patio area with a grill and a wonderful fire-pit was a great place to relax and reflect when we returned from a day of winery visits.
We would highly recommend this property!
House was amazing. Very comfortable and a nice layout. Was a bit surprised by the location. At the end of a bridge under construction and on a very busy and noisy street. The neighbors cat kept us entertained. We are all cat people so he got pampered 😂

Phenomenal property!
My 3 girlfriends and I rented this for a wine country weekend and could not have been more pleased. The home is comfortable, adorably decorated and the linens are top notch. Gotta know where those sheets are from! The fire pit out back was perfect for relaxing at the end of the day too. It was a great stay all around. October is stink bug season in Oregon and the house had a lot of bugs on the front porch - not sure this is fixable with exterminator but it was a slight but small nuisance. I would re-rent this house again and recommend to any group traveling to wine country. P.S. Walking distance to town for great food - recommend La Rambla and Petit Maison!
We loved our stay at the Brooks Street House! We were in town for a family reunion, and it was perfect for our family of four (the fifth couldn't make it but there would have been plenty of room for her, too). The home is beautifully appointed and has been tastefully remodeled to meet modern luxury standards but still retain the original late 19th century charm. The garden area in front is well landscaped, and the back patio area would have been a perfect place to sit and enjoy the fire pit if we had a little more time. We had some family members come back with us to play games after the reunion, and the dining table accommodated everyone beautifully. The only drawback is that it is situated on a somewhat busy street so there is some street noise, but it sits back a bit and has trees that help serve as a buffer. The hosts have thoughtfully provided earplugs for those who may have trouble sleeping, but we did not need them (and I am a light sleeper). Rich and Jade were very responsive when we had a couple of questions. Check in was a breeze. We definitely recommend, and would stay again!
What a great house and McMinnville is an awesome small town with great restaurants. The close proximity to vineyards and the evergreen air and space museum made for a great time
Nice layout and decorated nicely. Felt the property needed a bit of a deep cleaning.. lightbulbs missing, kitchen a bit disorganized and was surprised the house was on a very busy street. A bit noisy and hard to get in and out of driveway.
We came to town for a graduation celebration. The house was sparkling clean, extremely well equipped in the kitchen for preparing meals and lots of extra amenities. The owners were fabulous to work with. Highly recommend this to others coming to McMinnville.
