Severely over priced
We stayed here with a friend for a car trip. Having two separate rooms was essential. There was no mention of road conditions to get to the cabin. The last half mile is gravel up a steep incline and then a steep drop off into the driveway. Not car friendly, an SUV is probably fine. The driveway is so unlevel we both bottomed out our cars. An adventure every time we needed to leave the cabin. Once inside, the place was clean enough but maybe empty for a while? Cobwebs all over the place. The furniture is severely out dated and linens and towels are on their last legs. We had a bug issue too, when we arrived we killed two spiders and 4 of the flat little bugs. Not harmful I don't think, but I'd have preferred they stayed outside. The next morning my wife had bites all over her and we assumed the mosquitos just really liked her, but when they continued to get worse, we stripped the bed and found a bug in the corner of the sheets. So that was fun. There is no central air either. The stand alone units in the bedrooms work well enough, but it's not the comfort level of central air. Overall the cabin wasn't unlivable, but after cleaning fees and service fees we paid a decent amount a night to stay here. Communication from the management company was good. If we were looking for a budget cabin and paid about half of what we did, I'd understsnd all of the pitfalls, but as it stands it was just too much.
My overall stay was well needed. I proposed to my longtime girlfriend with the mountain view in the background. I wouldn't redo that day for anything. I will be booking this property again soon.

The cabin was very nice and had a great layout. The owner was very nice and very responsive to my questions. The road to the cabin and the driveway were a little steep, but we managed fine without a 4-wheeled drive vehicle.

We truly enjoyed the experience. The cabin was very comfortable, and just as described. It wasn't hard to find or get to, which was also great! It had everything we needed for our stay and the boys especially enjoyed the pool table downstairs.
Overall, enjoyed the stay very much. Unable to get electronics (tv,/dvd, cd/radio) to play.

Homey family home
It was clearly a “LOVED” family home perfect for a gathering of many. Updates needed for a better experience...:window AC units in bedroom with the portable which is inefficient/ window unit in 1st level downstairs where it is comfy but the large couch should be up on the main floor where the kitchen and big TV are. TVs in the bedrooms are outdated and useless. Internet service sketchy. Otherwise, as travelers that were mostly out on day trips , it was a great comfy place to stay. Blinds which we kept wanting to open to see the view kept falling apart onto the floor. 😏
The cabin was very homey and cozy. You can see a little bit of the top of mountains. You can see deer in the morning and hummingbirds in the afternoon. Comfortable beds and a clean place. I would give this property an A to stay at for your family and friends.
very happy with this property.. more spacious than i realized.. plenty of room for me my husband and 3 teenage boys.. lots of extras to keep the kids busy.. we loved the pool table and the ping pong table.. biggest negative was lack of air conditioning in 1 bedroom and downstairs.. these areas could get quite warm... the portable air conditioner just made the room hotter.. i think a fan in a window would have really helped these areas... overall the negatives are not enough to keep us from wanting to come back to this property..
Great place to be secluded and rejuvenate. Better for fall and winter as the AC was only central to the master and main area - had portable AC for second BR, downstairs was a bit warm. However, plenty of fun things to do withe the fam!

Nice and Secluded
Unfortunately when we arrived the property had not been cleaned from the renters. After about 8 phone calls and 30 minutes, I was able to get hold of someone to clean the cabin. After the cabin was cleaned it was a nice place to be. Nice back porch, little traffic noise and good size.
Cabin was clean and well stocked. One bedroom was extremely warm as there are no air vents into that room or the basement. Easy fix, they have a portable AC unit in the bedroom but I would station it in the doorway so the hot air blows out into the living room where the central A/C can dissipate the heat. I am sure this is only an issue during 1 or 2 months of the year. Lots of deer and bunnies right off the balcony. It was nice to sit on the balcony in the morning and evening. Overall, we would stay here again
It was very beautiful and was so welcoming. I loved sitting on the balcony at night and watching a doe walk across the yard. It was very comforting and relaxing.
