This neighborhood is walking distance to the old Western Village of Arroyo Grande. Heritage Park in 2 blocks away and has great green space to run your pets and kids and possibly catch a concert or festival
What makes this property unique
Walking distance to the Old Arroyo Grande Village with great pet friendly restaurants, breweries and winery tasting rooms. 2 blocks from Heritage Park where there's often live music, summer concerts and fun play area for kids and pets. Farmer's Market within walking distance happens every Sat 12-2pm. Within 20 min from Cal Poly and the bustling town of San Luis Obispo. This Cottage is located 3 miles from the beach and close to great hiking areas like Pismo Preserve (8 min away), Avila Beach (10 minutes away), Pismo Beach 6 minutes away and more!!
