The house was a wonderful place for my family to meet for a little reunion. It was nice and clean, the location was great - about 15 minutes outside of lake george. There was so much space in the house for everyone to sleep and hang out when it rained.

We were very pleased with the Lodge. It was well equipped and very clean. The size of the lodge allowed our large family to stay comfortably. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Derick.

We had a terrific time - 8 adults and seven kids for a week in the summer. It's a great mid of privacy and communal space. The property is beautiful and we enjoyed the dock and boating access immensely. Everyone hiked in the nearby state forest. Million dollar beach was a short drive away, as was the Great Escape water park. Great location.

Our group had great time at this place. Property was super clean and was most more spacious than it seems from pictures. It was great experience staying here. Kids also had great time, as there were ample activities for them to do.Owner was proactive in all the communication, prior to check-in as well as during the stay.We will definitely stay here in future during our visit to this area

We met for a large family vacation and there was plenty of room for different ages to spread out. The beds were all very comfortable. Very clean home, deluxe kitchen, 2 refrigerators. It’s a lovely house set well back from the road. Easy to communicate with the host. Would definitely recommend.
