New build home located in Pagosa Springs CO. Our house has 4 bedrooms with two masters suite design each with their own private bathrooms and two guest rooms each with a queen bed. The property features radiant floor heating throughout the home, stainless steel appliances, outdoor covered dining areas, and countless other amenities. Great location for hitting the slopes in the winter and exploring nature all year round. Experience all that Pagosa Springs has to offer!
