Located across from Surfside beach, which has a changing station and snack stand, this house has 3 well appointed bedrooms on the first floor and 1 on the upper level. The upper level has a 'great room' with living room, kitchen and dining room- all with views of the ocean. 13A Western Avenue can be rented as a stand-alone home or together with neighboring 13B Western Avenue to accommodate 16 guests.
As with all Copley Nantucket properties, guests of 13B Western Avenue have access to Copley's complimentary concierge service for help making restaurant suggestions, recommending fishing excursions on beach or by boat, day trips, car rentals, and more.
