It is very spacious and comfortable with modern furnishings, and offers 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths with a modern large eat-in kitchen. It has a dining room, and a nice comfortable sitting room and small office space . It has full bathrooms on 2 levels . The spacious living room area and is modernly furnished and has a 62 inch smart TV . The master bedroom has a king sized bed with an en-suite bathroom and large flat screen TV. The second bedroom has a queen bed with flat screen TV. The third bedroom has twin sized trundle bed and top floor bedroom has full sized bed. Not great

The house has a parking lot and driveway on two of its sides, so you hear cars and trucks pulling in and out constantly. The host declines to purchase laundry detergent or paper towels for her guests, even as the dishwasher and a bunch of electrics didn’t work. In general it didn’t feel great to pay top Nantucket dollar for this place, will book earlier and find better value next time elsewhere.

Perfect Spot for a Family vacation on Nantucket

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this spacious, well-appointed, conveniently located property on Nantucket. The unit was nicely decorated, and centrally located to everything on the island. There is also a pretty deck off the back where you can relax after a day of fun. Added bonus was a friendly, neighborhood chicken who gave us eggs for breakfast! Thank you Ann for your hospitality. We look forward to returning!

Very nice, clean house in central location!

We had a great stay with our children. The house is clean, everything worked, and we had everything we needed during our stay, from kitchen equipment to books and board games to beach chairs and towels. The location is very central and a short walk/bike ride to the grocery store and restaurants!
