A Land Bank nature path leads directly to Miacomet Beach and Miacomet Golf Course. The world famous Cisco Brewery is a little over a mile away. This is an ideal destination for up to 7 to enjoy the marvel of this island. The private pool is a perfect place for friends and family to bond in between beach time and island activities. I first set foot on Nantucket in 1986 when "sweet child o mine" was the #1 song and instantly fell in love with it. 30 years later I still cannot get enough of this unique island.
What makes this property unique
Features
The property is spread over two large secluded lots framed by large trees, plants and perimeter fencing and offers 2600 square feet of interior living space. It has a private driveway that can easily accommodate 2/3 cars. The back yard includes a solar heated swimming pool (equipped with a ‘kiddie slide’) and pool cabana with shower and half bath. The yard is completely fenced around the perimeter.
First floor:
Master bed room with king size bed
En suite bath (whirlpool)
Living room with access to back yard
Large rear deck with outdoor furniture.
Large open kitchen & dining room
2nd full bath with a full laundry facility.
Second floor:
Large Twin bedroom that can be converted to a king bed with a day bed
2nd large twin bedroom
Den / study off one of the upstairs bedrooms
Large flat screen TV
Full bath.
upstairs room overlooks the vast, beautifully landscaped ‘fenced in’ backyard and pool – ideal for entertaining or quiet repose.
The deck and back yard are fully equipped with lawn furniture and a double length ‘Tuscan’ stone table for alfresco dining. The house is well appointed with all amenities necessary for a perfect Nantucket holiday!
