Laura, curious why you left us a 3 star review with absolutely zero feedback or comments. Also, there was absolutely no communication with us during your stay that led us to believe you were having less than a 5-star stay. I'm confused so please feel free to DM me and fill me in on what the issues were because I would love to know.
