Great spot and great location. Big space and nice bedrooms. Mat was great communicator. No outside table or seating in the sun - also patio tile very slippery when wet so have to be careful.

The host is amazing, very good communication. The house is a beautiful home, but to be honest the bathrooms wasn’t clean, some of the towels had stains. We had to clean up for our guest to stay. The pool takes 20 hours to heat up. So for the price we payed it could have been better.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in historic Ladera Heighrs!!Our host was extraordinarily gracious and timely in response to our requests. We loved their warmth and even introducing us to the neighbors we were scheduled to see in an upsilon summit. We had no idea they lived in the neighborhood. That made our stay extra special. There were so many unexpected delights in the home. The views were stunning. Watching the sunset was a nightly ritual. We loved that most of the bedrooms had work desks, balconies, and really comfy mattresses. The kitchen had a nice collection of pots and pans and spices galore!! We are definitely making plans to come back!!!

Our group of five couples had an amazing stay! The home was beautiful, spacious, and had everything we needed. From a well-stocked kitchen, bathrooms and comfortable bedrooms. Check-in was easy, the host was great to work with, and the location was perfect in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of parking. The highlight was definitely the incredible view and those wonderful slide in doors that gave an amazing indoor/outdoor vibe! We had the pool heated, and enjoyed it along with the jacuzzi on those cool LA evenings; icing on the cake! We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this home!
