Excellent vacation home! We were lucky enough to rent this beautiful home over the Christmas holidays. It is located in a quiet neighborhood, just blocks away from everything you could want - shopping, wineries, tasting rooms, bars, great restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Two bedrooms and a full bathroom are located in the front of the house and the master bedroom and en-suite is in the rear. The master bedroom has French doors with direct access to the back porch and hot tub. The master bathroom has a huge, walk-in shower with both handheld and rain shower heads. And both bathrooms were stocked with everything you need - towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, etc. I definitely was not expecting the home to have all of these items, so we were very pleasantly surprised. The house is very clean and cozy, and the couch and beds are very comfortable. We slept in every day, which is rare for us. The kitchen in fully stocked with every utensil imaginable so we were able to cook dinner there one night instead of always eating out. And HEB is just a few blocks away so that was very convenient. Joe, the owner, is very nice and he reached out to make sure that we didn't have any questions or need anything. He genuinely takes pride in his home and wants everyone to enjoy their stay. If we are ever in this area of Texas again, we will book this home for our trip if it is available. This was a great experience, and I highly recommend Chateau De Callis!
