The home was very clean, nicely updated and well-kept...couldn't ask for anything better! I would definitely plan to stay there the next time I visit Fredericksburg. And the home is close, but far enough away from downtown to make it the perfect place! And the hot tub was an extra bonus!!!! Communications with the host was great, very responsive!!!

We enjoyed the stay very much. That said, we felt the beds were too high and the water pressure in the two front bathrooms were too low. I would not recommend this place for people with mobility issues but, if you're younger and healthy, it would be great!

Sorry your experience wasn't 5*- He Said She Shed always pulls 5* reviews. Also, I get many, many requests for the mattress brand for my home. As for the water pressure, no reports of low pressure. My 'crew' checks the house before every new guest. We certainly will follow-up

My 2 cousins, and our spouses stayed at this beautiful home for the weekend. It was perfect, everyone had their own beautiful bedroom & bathroom. We walked to main area in Fredericksburg. We will for sure stay at this house again next time to travel to Fredericksburg...such a beautiful home!

The house is beautiful and exceptional. It basically has two master suites and a large open living area and kitchen. Was perfect for our stay, and we would definitely stay there again. Check in was seamless, and we had no problems whatsover.
