OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

- We provide shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, and special towels for makeup removal

-Ground coffee packets are available, please make sure to use the provided coffee filters.

- Quiet Time is from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, per City Ordinance
- If we are called due to complaints violating Quiet Time:
1st Offense will result in a $100 fine.
2nd Offense will result in a $250 fine.
- If police are called, you are responsible for any fines or fees issued with the citation or warning. If police are called there will be a $500 fine, even if no citation is issued.

- Please know the house is not childproof, please be cautious of fire pit and hot tub areas. Never leave your child unattended.

- This property is NOT pet-friendly.

- NO SMOKING ON PROPERTY

- We have a Smart doorbell that captures video of who comes/goes. Please no parties or additional people outside of your group in the home.

This place is perfect. I’ve stayed at many In Fredricksberg and this has been the best. Spacious and fun for kids and teens. I’ll pick this place next time over looking for anything else.

Beautiful and peaceful

The property was beautiful and so relaxing! Not far from Main Street but far enough to not feel like you’re in the middle of town. The house had everything you could need and is kept up so well! It is the perfect place for a getaway! We will definitely be back!

There is are reasons Nicole is a premier host. The property description was very accurate, communication was prompt and professional, the property was very clean and welcoming, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The game room with pool table and shuffleboard game provided both friendly competition and relaxation after a day of sightseeing. Nicole was very considerate of special circumstances which was sincerely appreciated. All of us were very pleased, thoroughly enjoyed our visit, and highly recommend this property. We would definitely book again when visiting Fredricksburg.

Enjoyed a long weekend at Cork & Cottage! Perfect place for relaxing after enjoying the wine scene in Fredricksburg. House was well appointed & beds were very comfortable. Pool table, Karaoke and hot tub made for a fun escape. Located minutes from HEB, main street & restaurants. We would stay again!

Great House and location in a quiet neighborhood

The property was perfect for five ladies. Very clean and spacious home which was well stocked. The large makeup mirror in the master bedroom was perfect for us ladies. Enjoyed the patio area and game room. The management was very prompt in responding to all my questions. We will definitely stay there when we return.

Perfect delight

There were 6 of us who all loved the house for different reason. 1. It was clean, comfortable and well appointed2. The hot tub! And deck3. Great bathrooms (3.5) with plenty of towels!4. The kitchen, big, easy to have multiple people in at once and loads of conveniences, like an ice machine, blender, pots and pans, plenty of utensils, plates and cups, coffee maker, and all the accessories you need for easy cooking5. Location! Easy to walk to town, a couple blocks to drive, close to good hiking, the sights and the wineries!6.fun with a game room, big tvs, and a few games and puzzles.The hosts were super responsive to our little needs and very caring. And clear and kind communicators.It was a wonderful place to facilitate our family vacation!
