Could not get in touch with the owner. The air conditioning filters needed to be clean and there was electric issues with the house had washer and dryer but unable to use was broken the pictures on the internet did not look like the same house.

Disappointing

Very dirty, lots of bugs, horrible lighting, roof and sink leaks, mold in stove drawer- only good thing was close to beach, shopping, and restaurants

It was okay

The house needs a lot of work. Front and back porch needs repainted. Can tell the ceiling has had water issues as there are poorly done patches. The sink in the kitchen drains into a bucket. There is no central air and only 2 window units for the hottest day ever in the world. The 2 units could not keep the house at a decent temperature. Oh, and roaches. We killed several. The hot water is scalding. Water pressure was very good. It was clean. The nice thing that is was very close to downtown and lots of restaurants.

This is located in the ghetto of galveston. My husband and i watched a large number of drug deals from the back porch. Will not stay here again

Do not stay

There was no lights in the bedrooms or bathroom. Reached out to owner, but heard nothing about lights. There was a leak in hallway. Bugs all over bathroom. We left the same day. Would not recommend staying here. Evolve team was helpful
