Very well laid out with plenty of room for everyone! We did have a few issues, but Andrea & John worked to accommodate us. The game room needs some repairs. Overall a nice place to stay!

Our group had a great time staying at Jesse's house in Champions Gate! Everything went smoothly and had no issues. We did find that several of the rooms looked differently than it showed in the pictures but that wasn't a problem for us. All of the bedding a bathroom arrangements were as expected, just the designs and décor were slightly different in a few rooms. The theater room was awesome with comfortable sofas and great sound/projector to give you that theater experience from the house! The community was a little bit noisy at night from the guests in the other houses but that's not on the hosts. When staying in this community, you never know who's going to be next to you and if they'll abide by the quite hours. All in all, it was a great stay and we'll be keeping this house on our short list for future trips!

Amenities they advertised didn’t work. We chose house for pool table. Shuffleboard table. Outside area and golden tee arcade game. When we got to the house, one of the kitchen cabinet doors was hanging off by one screw one of the kitchen drawers that was full of stuff was broken and then you couldn’t open the drawer the light outside on the patio to the pool didn’t work so we couldn’t sit out at night two of the patio chairs were broken.. one of the bathroom doors wouldn’t close I let the host know this as soon as we got there on Wednesday and I barely got a response. I went back-and-forth with someone that works for the owner and all they said they could do was try and get things fixed on Sunday. Someone came and fixed the cabin door. They did not change the light or fix the bathroom door or the kitchen drawer. The house wasn’t clean when we arrived on Wednesday.. this was the worst rental I ve ever stayed in. The host finally responded on Monday morning the day that we checked out and said because I told them I was gonna be working with Vrbo on my issues because they were not responsive. They told me to continue to do that.At this point, I really don’t have any satisfactory remedy for a five day. Stay at a property that was advertised with a bunch of amenities that didn’t work or were broken.
Chips all over house walls. Paint was old and disgusting
Carpet all over 2nd floor filthy and patched. Seems coming apart. Trip hazard
Broken tv in game room. None of the advertised video games worked.
