This is a beautiful place in a great location. The backyard is very private. The only issue was the pool was cold. They did tell us it drained itself before we got there. They had to refill it before we arrived so it hadn't had a chance to heat up from the sun. I would have appreciated them heating it for that reason. That's the reason for the 4 stars on the pool. The reason for the 4 stars on check in was they had someone come out to take a picture of our drivers license and credit card which was a little inconvenient. Other than that we had a great, relaxing stay. It's a very nice place and would recommend it!

The house has great potential. Seems the owners have chosen the cheep route. Plastic outdoor chairs look like they came from Target along with the few hangers. They would not supply garage openers for fear of loosing the (online 8.99-30) My rental I had 3 of them for 6 years! Very short on kitchen serving trays, bowls etc. Knives are so cheap they are rusty. There are screw holes in kitchen cabinets where something was removed. 2 sleeping room smoke detectors are missing!!! It looks like owners tried to paint interior themselves. There were 3 wine glasses when we arrived, the person checking us in went to purchase more, came back with the cheapest ones possible. The tablet that controls the house did not work on arrival, the person checking us in took it and did come back later with it working (maybe check before guests arrive?) The hot tub was cold on our last night and instead of coming out, they tried to fix remotely. Did not work and would not return my call or text. (they bill themselves as luxury managers-in this industry your on call 24/7. Tub cold the next morning but heating as we vacated the house! Windows look like one of my grandkids tried to clean them. Guests should be aware there are 10 cameras around the exterior of the house including the pool area. Why?Bottom line is the house has potential but definitely not worth what they charge. Having stayed in many vacation rentals around the world should be 1/3 of the price. None of this speaks to luxury.

We take guest feedback seriously, but we do feel this review is largely retaliatory and stems from your dissatisfaction with the optional pool heat fee, which was clearly communicated prior to and during your stay. Regarding the spa heat, our system logs showed that the equipment had been manually accessed and adjusted outside of our team. This interference disrupted the heating system for both the pool and spa and required troubleshooting to restore proper function. We responded as quickly as possible and continued working on the issue remotely in an effort to minimize disruption. We strongly disagree with the characterization of the home and its quality. We professionally manage luxury properties and maintain consistent five-star standards across our portfolio. Our housekeeping and maintenance teams are among the most experienced in the area, and concerns of this nature are not typical. Had these items been reported during your stay in a cooperative manner, we would have addressed them promptly as we always do. For clarity, the home’s control tablets are built into multiple wall locations throughout the property, and exterior cameras are disclosed in the listing for security and insurance purposes. There are no cameras indoors. We always strive to provide an excellent experience, but respectful communication and adherence to house guidelines are essential on both sides. Unfortunately, based on this experience, we would not host this guest again.
