For the guests the comfortable apartment of 120 mq on the ground floor of the villa: separate entrance from the garden, two double bedrooms, one single room, bathroom with shower and washing machine, living room with TV SAT and wireless, dining room, well-equipped kitchen with fridge, gas stove, electric oven, microwave oven. Near there is a good supermarket. The price of the rent includes cleaning before arrival and after departure, the supply of sheets, towels and tablecloths. Free parking inside, large garden with loungers for relaxing, table, chairs and barbecue free available for guests

Friendly owners with a nice house

Very pleasant stay for 14 days. The owners are realy friendly and polite. The house is centrally located to visit a lot of things in the area. We liked the time we have spended there.

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr geräumig, gemütlich eingerichtet, absolut sauber und großzügig ausgestattet. Es gab Töpfe, Geschirr, Besteck, Gläser, selbst Rot- und Weißweingläser in weit mehr als ausreichender Anzahl.Der Garten ist wunderschön mit vielfältigen Sitzmöglichkeiten, Grill, Kinderspielzeug und eingezäunt, was für Hundebesitzer wichtig ist.Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und haben uns mit Leckereien zur Begrüßung wunderschön überrascht.Insgesamt ist die Unterkunft sehr zu empfehlen.

Vakantie in Villa Raggio di Sole

Mooie locatie vlak bij het meer. Vriendelijke en behulpzame verhuurders. We hadden onze hond meegenomen en die had een zeer grote tuin die volledige afgesloten was. Ook zeer geschikt voor kinderen omdat er veel speel mogelijkheden waren. De accommodatie was zeer ruim en voorzien van alle gemakken waaronder een vaatwasser en wasmachine. Ook het parkeren op het grondstuk zelf is zeer fijn. Van de accommodatie is het ca. 10 minuten lopen naar het meer en ook met de hond kan er buitenaf gewandeld worden.

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit sehr netten Vermietern!

Wir wurden sehr herzlich von den Vermietern, Domenico und Marinette, empfangen und es wurden uns zwei Stellplätze auf dem vollständig eingezäunten Grundstück (sehr wichtig, da wir zwei Hunde dabei hatten) zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Inneneinrichtung hat uns positiv überrascht. Es war alles sehr sauber und liebevoll hergerichtet. Trotz fehlender Klimaanlage war es angenehm kühl, da 3 Ventilatoren zur Verfügung standen. Die Küche war top ausgestattet und es fehlte an Nichts. Einen kleinen Kritikpunkt muss ich für das Bad vergeben. Da es ein innenliegendes Bad, ohne Fenster (nur mit Lüftung) war, hat sich an der Decke Schimmel gebildet, was uns selbst aber nicht beeinträchtigt hat. Noch eine Sache die erwähnenswert wäre, die Ferienwohnung liegt direkt an der Bahnstrecke, aber man hört sie NICHT!!! Alles in allem war es eine super schöne Unterkunft in einer fantastischen Gegend!!!

Super location

La maison et le jardins sont parfaits et très spacieux. Il y a tout ce qu on peut avoir besoin et même plus. Très appréciables et nos hôtes nous ont accueilli comme des princes. On se serait cru en vacances chez la famille. :) je recommande vivement.

Es hat fast alles gepasst, lediglich die Lage an der Straße mit Autos und der Bahn war nicht ganz so vorteilhaft. Ansonsten war es sehr schön. Die Gastgeber, Domenico und Marinette sind ausgesprochen nett und freundlich. Das Wetter war super , und man konnte vom Haus aus viel unternehmen. Insgesamt haben wir den Urlaub genossen.

Siamo stati veramente bene nella casa dei signori Domenico e Marinette, persone veramente gentili, cordiali è molto attenti ai nostri bisogni. La casa è perfetta con un bellissimo giardino con barbecue. La zona di Porto Ceresio, anche se fuori stagione, è veramente piacevole è molto bella. C’è una splendida passeggiata lungo il lago di Lugano che ti fa rilassare e godere di viste bellissime. Consigliamo vivamente la casa di Domenico e Marinette è un soggiorno a Porto Ceresio.

Villa Raggio di Sole sehr zu empfehlen

Wir hatten im September die Ferienwohnung der Villa Raggio di Sole für 9 Tage gemietet. Die Kommunikation mit Domenico, dem Vermieter, war bereits bei den Reiseplanungen ausgezeichnet. Die Bilder entsprechen den Tatsachen, wir haben uns sehr sehr wohl gefühlt. Domenico und seine Frau waren äusserst freundlich, sympathisch, hatten immer ein offenes Ohr und trotzdem haben sie sich stets diskret im Hintergrund gehalten. Parken auf dem Grundstück war ebenfalls kein Problem, ein Supermarkt ist auch fussläufig zu erreichen. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und auch unser Hund hatte in der Hündin von Domenico eine Spielkameradin. Der Garten ist riesengross, ausbruchsicher und war ein Paradies für unseren Hund. Die Verständigung erfolgte in englisch und mit "Händen und Füssen". Wir können die Villa Raggio di Sole nur lobend erwähnen und weiterempfehlen. Einziger Nachteil für Leute die gerne Fernsehen, es konnten keine deutschen Programme empfangen werden. Bezüglich der vorbeifahrenden Eisenbahn können wir uns unseren Vorredner nur anschliessen, diese war kaum oder gar nicht störend. Alles in allem ein perfekter Aufenthalt. In die Stadt Porto Ceresio geht man zu Fuss in ca. 20 Minuten, mit dem Auto ist man in 5 Minuten dort. Danke Domenico für die schöne Zeit! Grazie mille

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Porto Ceresio. L'appartement est spacieux et très propre. Le jardin est très agréable. Nous étions idéalement placés pour profiter du lac de Lugano et visiter la région des lacs. Marinette et Domenico nous ont très bien accueilli et sont charmants.

Schönes Haus und Garten am Lago Lugano

Wir waren äusserst zufrieden mit der Anmietung des Objekts. Es besteht aus einer separaten Wohnung und einem herrlich grossen Garten, der kleine und grosse Kinder oder Hund schön einschliesst. Man kann Beides dort einfach ohne Angst vor der Strasse etc. laufen lassen! Die Wohnung ist mit einer gut ausgerüsteten Küche ausgestattet und ist für fünf Erwachsene grosszügig dimensioniert. Es verfügt über ein Bad mit Dusche und Waschmaschine. Die beiden Doppelschlafzimmer sind gross und das Einzelschlafzimmer schön separat. Die Vermieter wohnen eine Etage darüber und sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es wird Englisch oder Französisch gesprochen (und natürlich Italiano...) Wir wurden von Ihnen mit einem Dessert und gekühlten Getränken überrascht und haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen. Die Zugstrecke ist zwar recht nah aber es verkehrt ca. ein Zug/h was absolut erträglich ist. Wir durften die Fahrräder mit benutzen, was die eh kurze Strecke zum See noch weiter verkürzt. Parkplatz ist entweder auf dem Grundstück oder vor dem Haus zu finden. Tips zur Region und zum Einkauf, Essen gehen etc. werden vom Vermieter gerne gegeben. das gesamte Anwesen ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Von daher Topwertung von uns! Sehr zu empfehlen.
