The condo is huge, plenty of room and seats for the family of 10. Plenty of seats on the balcony. Was very clean. Kitchen has everything you'd need to cook. Resort was very clean. Perfect vacation place for us.

t was an amazing trip. The Beach Club was everything we wanted, beach, indoor and outdoor pool, volleyball and a wonderful restaurant with a perfect view. Out condo 1801A in Avalon was more than we expected. All the linens were crisp white, there was plenty of seating in the living room for a 4 bedroom (a rarity) and the balcony had a great table and chairs AND rockers (usually only on or the other). The kitchen was the most fully finished that we’ve ever had. Everything added up to a perfect stay.
