You're only steps from our gorgeous white sand beach as well as the beautiful bluish/green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The view from our living area, dining area, Kitchen, & master bedroom is absolutely gorgeous! Our living area wall facing the Gulf is wall to wall!!

To describe our condo in a few words: :-)

FIRST & FOREMOST - Numerous guests have told us what sets us apart from other owners & rental companies is our communication, & our efforts to make your beach vacation go as smoothly as possible! We'll keep you informed via emails so you won't have to set up any of your own reminders except the travel dates of your vacation! We really do treat our condo like our second home, & we hope you will do the same.

- Per our reviews, we have been complimented on the cleanliness of our condo. We always have followed the regulated cleanliness standards. We want you to have a worry-free beach vacation!

- Check In time is 4:00PM CST & Check Out is 11:00AM CST.

- Our condo is located directly on the beach, not a side view of the Gulf & not across the street!

- Our condo has 2 bedrooms & 2 full baths with fantastic views of the Gulf from our living area, dining area, kitchen, & master bedroom. The master bath has a walk in shower & the 2nd bathroom has the traditional bathtub.

- Our condo has keyless entry so no contact check in or check out! You'll be able to choose your own 3-6 digit code to open our condo's door. No office or people to see when you arrive or on your final departure day & no keys to carry around!

- Our condo has 3 Smart, flat screen TV's with Blu-Ray DVD players; our expanded channels include SEC & you can use your Netflix, Disney, etc, accounts.

- We have a book nook - help yourself or leave your favorite for the next guest. There are also family games & kids' DVD's.

- All furniture, & mattresses were recently purchased new, including an upgraded mattress on the sofa bed (which we've slept on, & it's very comfortable.)

- We have a new, full size refrigerator with an ice maker. We also have a new, full size washer & dryer. The dryer even has a steam feature for removing wrinkles. The washer has an efficient "Quick Cycle" that works great!

- Both bedrooms have ceiling fans. We also replaced the entire air conditioning/heating system recently.

- We are located on the lowest floor with units, the 2nd floor. So if you don't want to take the elevator to our condo, you can walk up 16 steps to our floor.

- You can pay for your vacation in our condo here on VRBO 480108 with your VIsa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Debit Card, or with E-Check (which is just like paying with your personal check.) We do not have access to any of your account numbers.

- We have fast internet secured with a password.

- Per your acceptance of our Rental Agreement & the Gulf Shores Fire Dept, the maximum number of Guests allowed to sleep in our condo is 6. Pets are not allowed. You must be 25 years of age to rent our condo, & proof of age is required.

- Maximum 2 vehicles parked in Tropical Winds parking lot per reservation. Parking is on a first come, first serve basis.

- If you need baby items, such as a crib, high chair, etc, Babys Away is a local company that rents these items & many other baby things . Their website is babysaway.com, if you want to have a look. (We have no affiliation with this company.)

- This may sound unpleasant, but we've contracted to have our condo inspected 3 times per year for bed bugs. (None have been discovered since we bought our condo in 2013!) We want to make sure our condo is always bug free.

The condo in Orange Beach is a 2 bed/2 bath condo located in Orange Beach, AL (which is adjacent to Gulf Shores, AL,) & it's located directly on the beach. Our condo in Perdido Key FL is 2 bed/2-1/2 bath. It also just had a recent renovation. It's 4 miles east of the famous FloraBama & just a few miles from Orange Beach AL, Gulf Shores AL & Pensacola FL - lots of things to do & see! But the beach is magnificent & not crowded as many beaches are during high season!!
