About this property

THE LUXURY CABIN IN THE WOODS

The Cabin is a fully furnished rustic 3 bedroom home on 13 acres of woods with a fishing pond and 2 fire-pits for those chilly nights.
(15 MILES TO SANDYS /RACING/CASINO AND MALIBU JACKS INDOOR THEME PARK)13 MILES FROM RUSH OFF-ROAD
The property has plenty of wildlife you can see from the porch ,deer, turkey and lots of smaller animals. The house features a gas log fireplace and a fully stocked kitchen for cooking up your favorite dishes also we provide a gas grill outside on the wrap around porch.
The porch has a swing and plenty of seating. The pond has a dock with seating and is fully stocked with catfish bluegill and bass(catch and release only).
Inside we have a king master suite with a shower ,bath
tub.
On the main floor we have a bunk room that accommodates 4 people in the built in extra long bunks.
Upstairs we have a queen bed room that overlooks the living room and kitchen there is also a balcony that overlooks the back yard large patio doors for plenty of light and a privacy screen .
A complete wash room with full size washer and dryer.
There are a lot of properties around this area at a lower cost but you get what you pay for. This one is my home .I built this place for myself to retire. It has all the amenities of a vacation property without dealing with other guests.
Privacy, Fishing, Hiking all can be found here at my home.
I have a keyless entry system and you get a code to get in.
I love sitting on the wrap around porch watching the horses running in the field ,or watching the deer and turkey feeding by the pond.

Great trip

Loved the cabin it's just like the pictures on verbo will definitely come back again. had a wonderful time just me an my husband . Woud definitely recommend this cabin for someone looking to relax for a vacation or weekend

Wonderful! Everyone had a great time fishing at the pond and sitting by the fire outside! The cabin was amazing, we had everything we needed and plenty of room for everyone!

Wonderful Place

We loved relaxing and spending quality time as a family in this beautiful cabin. It is located in a nice quiet location. Everything was very neat and clean. The owner was very quick to reply to any questions we had. I highly recommend this cabin for a relaxing getaway.

Amazing little getaway

To say we stayed inside would be a lie. As soon as we got to the property we started fishing daylight to dark. The lake is very well stocked and kept up. The secret was night crawlers and hotdogs. The bluegill was very well fed. And the catfish liked the fight. As we was leaving we also got to see some nope ropes as my girlfriend called them

This beautiful cabin was just what we needed to quietly ring in the new year with friends. Donivan made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our long weekend. We thoroughly enjoyed this beautifully maintained cabin. Prior to our arrival, a storm had taken out the cable. Donivan reached out to let us know and went above and beyond to get it repaired during a holiday break. We highly recommend if you are looking to get away and relax in a lovely environment, schedule your stay here. You will not be disappointed.

Great Cabin!

My husband and I spent two weeks at the cabin and we wish we could have stayed longer! The cabin is beautiful...just as in the pictures only better! It is very clean and well kept. Donivan, the owner, is a pleasure and quick to answer any questions you may have. The location is perfect for traveling the Music Highway to see some local sites while Lexington KY is only about 2 hours away for a fun day in the city. The cabin has a pond well stocked with fish that we fed daily or fishing, a wrap around porch to enjoy bird watching and hiking trails for daily walks. There is also a lovely area for making a camp fire but unfortunately it was too hot while we were there to enjoy it. You won't be disappointed if you are looking for a nice place in the county to sit back relax and enjoy!

This cabin has everything!!!!

This cabin has everything you need to stay in the beautiful Kentucky countryside. I especially like the covered porch. It seemed to rain a lot and sitting outside on the deck was relaxing. The king bed in the master suite is sooooo comfortable I wanted to take it home :) This place is perfect and I will come back next year. Thank you.

Luxury Cabin

We fell in love with this place! We appreciated the cleanliness and cozy atmosphere. The boys had a great time feeding and fishing in the pond. It was a good location for us. We drove into Huntington each day only 25 minutes to reach where we needed to be. It has all the conveniences of home. Thank you Donovan!

Just Do It!

This was perfect! Absolutely beautiful cabin, beautiful surroundings. We saw horses and Deers and squirrels and the pond my son-in-law and daughter fished in the pond. They had a blast. It was perfect. Will be renting again in the fall, because I can’t even imagine how gorgeous the leaves are going to be. The host is very accommodating very kind. We made a ton of fabulous memories. Thank you so much!My advice to others just do it!

Brining the group back together.

We spent four wonderful day on this lovely property. Spent every night around the fire and got better quality time than we had in years. The only complaint I have is that it was too short lived. I would definitely recommend this cabin to people looking for a wonderful experience or just a bit of peace and quiet. Great experience all around.

What makes this property unique

THE CABIN HAS A WRAP AROUND PORCH WITH A GREAT VIEW ALONG WITH A FISHING POND AND A DOCK TO SIT AND WATCH THE SUNSET.
INSIDE I FILLED THE WALLS WITH ANIMAL MOUNTS AND PICTURES OF PLACES I HAVE BEEN.
THE 2 MAIN BEDROOMS HAVE CEDAR LOG BEDS ,OUTDOOR DECOR AND THE THIRD BEDROOM HAS FOUR BUILT IN BUNKS WITH MEMORY FOAM MATTRESSES
LEATHER FURNITURE , CABLE TV ON THE BIG SCREEN AND A GAS FIREPLACE IS VERY COMFORTABLE FOR THE EVENINGS
YOU ARE PRETTY ISOLATED BUT CLOSE ENOUGH TO HAVE RESTAURANTS WITHIN A FEW MILES
YOU HAVE MANY KENTUCKY STATE PARKS WITHIN A 30-60 MINUTE DRIVE
WALMART GROCERY STORE WITHIN A 15 MINUTE DRIVE
