Our stay was nice overall, however there were a few issues. Cleanliness wasn’t great. The coffee machine was filled with mold and there was blood on the sheets. The neighborhood was very sketchy, which was our fault for not researching that ahead of time. But all of the neighboring houses had broken windows and we heard screaming throughout the night. The backyard of this house was also full of broken glass everywhere. There was also a pretty sketchy balcony with a very wobbly railing that we were worried about the children being around. We accidentally locked ourselves out and although the owner of the property was very quick to come over and help (from seeing us on the camera struggling to find the lockbox), the property manager was not able to help because she is not in contact with the owner. The property manager was very responsive but it would’ve been appreciated if they were able to communicate instead of us luckily being seen on camera. Overall, the house was good, and with a few tweaks it could be even better. Especially since it is so difficult to find a property to accommodate this many people.
