The main floor has a lovely living room featuring plenty of seating, a cozy gas fireplace, a 55” HD TV with DVD player, and corner patio access with outdoor furniture and perfect views. There’s also a new Queen-sized sleeper sofa available for use.

The fully-equipped kitchen is also on this level. With stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, cooking a meal in the kitchen will be a breeze. A toaster, coffee pot, crockpot, pots/pans, dishes, utensils, glassware, baking pans, wine glasses, and more are provided so you can eat in easily. The dining area has a table for four with room for two more at the bar. A ½ bath is also located on the first floor.

Upstairs, you’ll find two Master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Both feature Queen-sized beds, luxurious bedding, and 35” HD TVs. One attached bathroom has a shower only and the other has a tub/shower combination.

There’s also an HE Washer and Dryer on the second floor, with an iron and ironing board for your use.

The third level of the home is a private, outdoor patio with an amazing rooftop hot tub! Relax the day away enjoying exquisite views in this exclusive jacuzzi.
