Why they chose this property
When we saw this historic artist cottage steps from beautiful Lake Michigan we immediately fell in love. This 100 year old artist community Chippewa Cove was founded by local artist Ivan Swift and was the site of many of his works of art. The cottage sits at the North end of the community and offers a real private and quiet experience. In addition to having over 100' of lake frontage there is an additional private park for you to enjoy! This property is a real gem! Like our facebook page @swiftcottagegoodhart
