Resort fees are insanely high and elevators worked about 50 % of the time. We're not allowed to use the lazy river. Beds some of the worst I have ever slept on in all my travels. Rooms were spacious but that did not offset the negatives.

Watch the resort fees VRBO doesn't include

Property was very nice. The booking process of not including everything in that price is the problem. I get there and have to pay almost an additional $400 for resort fees. A lot of people would not have have budgeted that for their trip. Never Again.

Signature is great but VRBO screwed me again

So i pay top dollar for a 3 bath two bedroom condo thorugh vrbo. When i arrive they they tell me the unit is not available and we will have to take separate bedroooms/units. This trip was for my nephew graduating form the corp and entering the military as a pilot and he and all of us were disappointed. I think this same company yanked a reservation out form me 1 week before we arrived 5 years ago, i did not realize i had booked with the same manager. I don't see how they can do this to people.
