My family and I came and stayed at this amazing property and had a great time. Perfect location and on the edge of forest, we were able to sit on the deck and see all the wildlife that’s in that area. Hot tub was perfect after a long hike every night.

Beautiful Top Floor Fraser Condo

We loved our stay in Fraser! It’s just down the road from Winter Park Village, but within the Bus Route if you need that. We love the quiet of being away from the ski-in/out busyness. Beautiful home, plenty of space and well equipped kitchen. This Florida family of 4 had a wonderful stay!

We thought this place was great. Everything was clean and we had Everything we needed to cook our own meals. If we ever decided to come back, we'd stay here again. The only comment I'd make is, the hot tub needs a little love. My kids still had a blast and it wasnt a big deal.

Great condo in a beautiful area

Our family of 7 thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We especially loved the hot tub & plethora of games. We knew that this condo was on the third floor & would be a bit tricky for our 5 year old who is in a wheelchair; however, we managed just fine. It even had a pillow mattress that could be laid on the floor creating a safe sleeping environment for that particular child. The only downside was the train, which probably wouldn't have been much of an issue if it wasn't so warm (we had to open the windows). Overall, two thumbs up!

We had a great time during our stay. The condo was spacious but still felt cozy and warm as it snowed outside. The huge kitchen was great for cooking family dinner and the hot tub was great after a chilly day on the slopes. The location was really nice and breweries/restaurants were only a few minutes away. Would definitely stay there again if we ever go back to Winter Park!

Overall nice but was a bit pricey

Nice and spacious with beautiful finishes; however, needs some attention to details. Master TV cable needs to be repaired - the wires are loose and we were having to constantly fix. The hot tub water is filthy. The front door combo lock is a little cumbersome. Overall nice but should be in perfect condition for holiday prices.

Took a while to get in the door

I never received the code to he door until about ten hours before check in, which made me nervous because we were driving so far to get there. Then when we arrived the code didn’t work! I was told I was at the wrong house so I drove around a little more just to find out I was at the right house! Then I was given another code that didn’t work! FINALLY I was given a key to open the door! It was very stressful after a very stressful day! The house was great! We had no problems after that initial problem! My advice make sure before you get there the code and door are in perfect working order! Make them double check it!

Great Place

The condo was clean and beautifully decorated. We loved the hot tub and the sledding hill behind the property. Close to Winter Park and Fraser activities. Owners were responsive. Would definitely visit this property again. Thank you for the great break!

Wonderfully relaxing

We absolutely loved this property. It had everything we needed and more. The beds and couches were very comfortable, and we could tell they were high quality. We loved watching the sunset while in the hot tub. It did get warm during the day, but keeping the windows open wasn’t a problem. The cool, fresh air was refreshing and relaxing. We hope to come back again!!

Mountains in the Summertime!

This property is a perfect place to get away into the mountains! The condo itself is absolutely beautiful, clean, and had all the amenities we could ask for. Be aware it is on the 3rd floor so if you are adverse to steps, just be aware. However, from up there we loved watching the stars come out at night from the outdoor hot tub. The only reason we give it 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the very close railroad tracks and noisy trains during sleeping hours. We would definitely come back!
