This house was great! We came in for a game, it’s less than a 15 min walk to DKR. The house is spacious with a great deck off the back to hang out. The house is new and you can tell - all spaces are first class. Four couples could stay easily. Host was great. Instant feedback on any questions. I will absolutely book again.

This property is exactly as described. It is spotless, very nicely decorated and spacious. The owner is so friendly and informative and quick to reply. It is perfectly situated near UT and was close to ACL! There are two covered parking spaces in the back. I think we paid a bit more for ACL weekend but that was consistent for all the houses we reviewed. We will definitely be back!!

This property had everything we needed during our stay and then some! Host thought of everything. Very easy check-in process, very clear and friendly communication, very clean and beautifully decorated property. Definitely one of the best VRBOs we’ve stayed in!

This property was recently built, modern and very well outfitted with high quality linens and towels as well as nearly any kitchen need you might have. Parking was exactly as described. While manuvering our full size truck in the rear parking was tricky, we managed. The neighborhood felt safe and the park nearby was nice to have. We'll definitely consider staying there again if we find ourselves back in Austin.

This home was perfect in every way! Beautifully furnished and immaculately clean. There was so many extra touches like luxury bedding, a coffee bar upstairs and welcoming snacks and beverages. The communications from our host were outstanding. It was a beautiful oasis at the end of the day after long work days on the UT campus. Great location!

Awesome location for football weekend! Walkable everywhere! Improvements could be made to water pressure and temperature. I tried to find WH to increase temp but it must be in attic. Kitchen and bar area nicely outfitted. Living area on main could use another piece of furniture for a group of 8 to lounge together. Beware glass top coffee table unstable as an ottoman

Thanks for your feedback. The tankless water heater is outside and is normally maxed out at 120 but I’ll check it for sure. I’ll also see about increasing the water pressure as this could improve the time delay to hot water. It’s a new house and your comments are helpful to make tweaks for better comfort.
