Overall it was good value. Everything we needed in the kitchen was there. The community is clean, safe and quiet. Kids enjoyed the resort pool and tennis courts!

Beware of there properties. We had a 4 bed/3bath unit. Yet the property manager left 2 rolls of toilet paper. There were no pool towels, even though there was a pool at the resort and a pool in the unit.

Christmas in Florida

Love the property and the amenities. The only thing we would have liked to have is more lighting and a fan in the downstairs bedroom. Would definitely stay here again.

We have stayed at this location a few times before. We like it there. We had an issue with the A/C when we arrived and they came and fixed it promptly. This particular property needs their carpet changed.

We arrive really late and tired. The house was clean and smelled good.We noticed up stairs AC wasn't Blowing out cool so I called the hot line to report it and they came early the next morning and the problem was fixed.We were please. I house was nice.We all enjoyed ourselves and will stay again.

Kissimmee Stay

The townhouse was extremely clean and very comfortable. The beds were very comfortable as was the living room furniture. The well-equipped kitchen made for easy breakfasts. The area the townhouse was located in was very convenient to restaurants and a Publix grocery store which was within a 10 minute car ride. The private splash pool was great. We paid to have it heated - well worth it. If staying in the Orlando area would definitely consider renting the same place again. Drew S.

GREAT PLACE TO STAY!

This property was a great place to stay. It was convenient to grocery and other retail store for shopping. If I must say, the only flaw was small little ant/spiders(I've never seen any bugs like that before) crawling around. My granddaughter had dropped some crumbs(chips) her nightstand and those little bugs were all over it and scared her. She was afraid to sleep in the room. We went and bought some bug spray, and it worked out fine.

Emergency trip

We stayed at the property due to our 89 yo uncle being sick. It was a last minute booking. Everything was great. What you see is what you get. We didn’t get In The pool was chilly this week. This is a great location upon arrival we realized we have stayed In the neighborhood before. The clubhouse is very nice movie theater, game room store bar. We will be back. Thanks
