I’ve stayed at this exact property in previous years, very pleased. On my 9 day stay, the AC stopped working on a Friday night, I called the helpline and within 30minutes (10:30pm) technician showed up and corrected the problem. Excellent

Had a fantastic stay here for 7 of us. Our 3rd time at Paradise Palms. Both the house and resort were excellent. Exactly as described, clean, and tidy, with a few little extras to make sure we didn't need to visit publix immediately. The only thing I would change, and this is a personal thing, is the timing of the check in instructions. Arriving by 4pm on the day of check in made me very nervous, but to be fair we got what we needed before landing in Orlando, so it was fine.

Thank you so much, Andrew! 😊 We’re thrilled to hear you and your group had a fantastic stay and enjoyed both the home and Paradise Palms. We truly appreciate you choosing to stay with us for your 3rd visit! Thank you as well for your feedback regarding the timing of the check-in instructions. We completely understand how arriving without the information in advance can feel stressful, and we’re glad you received everything you needed before landing. We really appreciate you sharing your experience, and we hope to welcome you back for a 4th visit!

The amenities were clean and roomy. Close to many attractions and shops. Only downside was the trash company threw away our kids life jackets that were drying out outside.

Great Stay

Overall stay was good. House in great location with easy drive to parks. Only complaint would be that 3 of the 4 beds were not very comfortable.
