Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
There is a trash chute on the right side of the hallway back toward the elevator.
Turn the inside of the front door keypad to allow the door to lock automatically when you close the door.

The condo is exactly as described. If we'd realized how much stuff there was in the kitchen we would have came prepared and never had to leave. All the cookware you need to make meals, plenty dishes. Unit is close to the elevator and has a beautiful view. Will definitely rent again. Check-in/out process was a breeze.
