Our beach house is designed for comfort, relaxation and quality time with your partner, family and friends. Enjoy the only private heated pool in Pérula, complete with an outdoor shower—perfect to rinse off after a day at the beach or pool.

Inside, the home features a large open-concept living area perfect for gathering. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and includes a large granite bar for casual meals or entertaining. A dining table for 10 makes group dinners easy, and the comfortable living room provides plenty of seating.

As a unique highlight, this is the only home in the area offering air conditioning in both the common areas and all bedrooms, ensuring a consistently cool and comfortable stay. There's also a sofa bed and a full bathroom on the first floor for added convenience.

The house also features a beautiful rooftop terrace designed for relaxing and spending unforgettable evenings with family and friends. The terrace includes a large round bench with seating for up to 16 people, perfect for gathering together to enjoy the fresh air and peaceful beach breeze at night. There is also a charcoal grill available so you can prepare a delicious dinner or enjoy hamburgers fresh off the grill while relaxing outdoors. For even more comfort, the terrace offers a hammock to unwind and a half bathroom, so you can fully enjoy your time upstairs without needing to go downstairs.

Upstairs, the master bedroom offers a spacious king-size bed with a private full bathroom. The second bedroom features a cozy queen-size bed, and the third bedroom includes a comfortable double bed plus an additional twin bed, providing flexible sleeping arrangements for families or groups. All three bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning to ensure a cool and restful night's sleep.
