Surf Side Shores #2303 is an interior gulf-front 2 bedroom 2 bath condominium located on the 3rd floor in building II overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The unit is approximately 820 sq ft with views of the gulf from the living room and gulf-side master bedroom. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen with a washer and dryer. There are 2 full baths with either a tub/shower combo or a stand-alone shower. The gulf-side master bathroom is accessed via the bedroom and hallway. The street-side bedroom has an attached bathroom with a stand-up shower. King, Twin, Twin, sofa sleeper. Sleeps 6.

Surf Side Shores 2303 does not allow winter monthly rentals.

Surf Side Shores I and II are 9-story buildings with 6 units per floor located 1 mile West of Highway 59 in Gulf Shores. Surf Side Shores has two beach side pools, one of which is an extended season pool. The property also has a grilling area that services both buildings I and II. 2 car limit

Wonderful Stay in Gulf Shores

The property was presented just as it was represented on VRBO. It was very clean, A/C kept everything very cool, it's close to many local spots, and the views are incredible. We saw lots of marine life from the balcony. The overall stay was 10/10!

Perfect spring break

This property was clean, centrally located, and had an incredible view. The condo was well stocked, although little space for food storage. We would definitely rent again.

Great location

Great location, easy quick access to the beach and pool. We brought our bikes (bike rack is available and in a secure location). Loved the patio looking over the water with my coffee every morning. Place was clean and extra blankets and sheets were provided. Bring extra toilet paper with you. I’d stay here again, overall two thumbs up.

Wonderful Stay

This is a great condo! It was very nice and clean. We hope to definitely stay again soon. Condo was large enough for our group of 5. Great location on the beach and close to nearby restaurants. Fast communication with management. We had a few questions upon check in and they were very quick to respond. It would have been nice to had a few more paper items, trash bags, etc but that was stated ahead of time. Just making a suggestion.

It was okay

Condo is small and dated. It could definitely use new furniture and bigger TVs but it was clean. Looked like a past leak on ceiling above the kitchen. I probably wouldn’t stay here again just because we are used to newer, nicer condos.

Getting my packet was frustrating when I got there late that evening. I suggested they put it that it is near Walgreens and not at the unit. Also, the elevator went down due to some kids playing so I had to walk my mom up 5 flights of stairs who is 87. I understand these things happen but it was frustrating and scary for my mom. Initial contact with staff was a little curt but once I complained, the day staff seemed nice and helpful.

Early summer getaway trip

mattress. However everything was great the location was perfect for us. We enjoyed our stay early May. The place was updated with new appliances and furniture beautiful decorated. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Perfect Location

The beach was not crowded at all. We got in after dark, and there's a pizza place almost right across the road, so that saved us from having to go back to town.

I am used to codes or cards to open properties this day and age. I assumed this place must be really dated. However, when we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised. The property was gorgeous, modern, and so clean! I loved the style balcony doors at the property. We have stayed at half dozen or so properties over the years and this was our absolute favorite. It was a tad bit further from the "T" but we walked it with no problems. By the way. we also saw shark/s VERY close to the shore from our 3rd floor balcony one afternoon as a warning to others to be vigilant. We will return to this unit in the future. Our vacation was perfect!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We came to Gulf Shores at the last minute and thought we would have a hard time finding a place to stay. Kaiser Realty steered us to Gulf Shores rentals where we met a vey helpful man named William. He was very patient with us and found us the greatest place to stay. It had a beautiful view with everything we needed in the Condo. We got to watch the children playing in the pool and also had a great view. We are an older couple so we mainly just sat on our deck. Seeing all the children having a good time made us remember when we used to bring our kids to the beach. Thanks Gulf Shores Rental and especially William who wasn't satisfied till he found us a place to stay.
